An question about input bbox: wc_z = w + context_amount * (w+h) #334

I find this function:

pysot/pysot/datasets/dataset.py

Line 221 in 7835f64

wc_z = w + context_amount * (w+h)

Reduce the size of bbox. Why? Is it to keep the size of the bbox in a range?
