This is Referee Assignment System for Turkish Football Federation.

• This is our Referee Assignment Project for TFF which offers a more informative and fans-involved way to select the referees for each match.

How to download the code to your system

• Open your terminal and go to directory you want to install the project
• Copy this commmand to your terminal

git clone https://github.com/SU-CS308-22FA/CS_308_Team3.git

How to set up the project

• First, let's set up the backend

cd backend
npm install

• Second, let's set up the frontend

cd frontend
npm install

How to run the project

• Go to the the root of the project and backend directory

cd backend

• Now run the project with nodemon feature which auto-reloads the backend for each save

npm run dev

• Go to the the root of the project and frontend directory

cd frontend

• Now run the frontend and your port 3000 has to be unused, otherwise you may face with errors

npm start

• The following link will be opened automatically (if not go to the link manually): http://localhost:3000

The deployment of the frontend on Vercel Platform

• You just need to link your github link after opening a free account
• Then you need to specify the frontend directory for the deployment

The deployment of the backend on Heroku Platform

• You just need to link your github link after opening a student account
• Then you need to specify the backend directory from PROJECT_PATHS from settings and add the buildpacks needed
