"end action monitor_clone with rc=8 (0.155.0)" on newly deployed cluster

On a 2 node HANA cluster I see the following behavior with SAPHanaSR-0.155.0-4.17.1.
The older version SAPHanaSR-0.154.1-4.14.1 works as expected.

pre-requisites to error condition:
HANA is running on both nodes, but cluster is stopped

• crm cluster stop (on both nodes)
• su - $sidadm -c HDB start (on both nodes)
  HANA System Replication is ACTIVE and synced
• python systemReplicationStatus.py (on primary hana) to see if SR is ACTIVE

error condition:

• crm cluster start

Failed Resource Actions:
  * rsc_SAPHana_PRD_HDB00_monitor_61000 on vmhana01 'master' (8): call=30, status='complete', exitreason='', last-rc-change='2022-06-02 11:47:49Z', queued=0ms, exec=2899ms

• after this error, the resource is recovered (stop/started) and the HANA is restarted by this

expected bahaviour:

• cluster is started without an error message and without restarting HANA
