Add jquery-at-who gem for rendering dropdown for emojis and for @users in upcoming commits
emojify helps with the rendering of required emoji.png(md syntax) in place of :emoji-name: string
Modify comment preview test case to test conversion of :emoji_name: string to desired emoticon.png by markdown editor
