In this project Histrogram Equalization Mapping technique is used to create a classification architecture unbiased to various histochemical stains used by different laboratories. This approach removes the stain color effect on the diagnosis and classification of the malignan and benign samples.
The project is implement Pytorch framework and coded in jupyter notebook.
