v1.4.2
v1.4.1
v1.4.0
v1.3.1
v1.3.0
This release adds support for a PALT calculation. PALT is a measure that shows promise in predicting the percentage hepatocyte loss on the basis of the maximum value and the AUC of serum ALT observed during a DILI event. For more details see A Rapid Method to Estimate Hepatocyte Loss Due to Drug-Induced Liver Injury by Chung et al or try it out with the new example.

v1.2.0
This release refactors (and greatly simplifies) the configuration for the axis and point size controls. Users can now easily create charts with all lab measures from the data set available in the axis and point size drop downs using the new add_measures
parameter in combination with the new "all"
option for x_options
, y_options
and size_options
. See the "X Axis" and "Point Size" controls in this chart for an example of the new behaviour or see the wiki for more details.

v1.1.0
The release adds a visit-level view of the scatter plot that can be animated to see how the population's liver function changes over the course of a study (shown below). It also adds support for a new participantSelected
event that allows custom linking between charts as shown in this example. See here for a full list of resolved issues.
