Import the Sass files used by the components in the components themselves. Without this webpack won't know to recompile the Sass files when they change. Import Sass files into demo site files as well.
Only import `date.scss` once.
A Jest bug fix means the default testURL for tests is now http://localhost instead of `about:blank`. Update the router test args accordingly.

Dropdown resolve unique "key" prop warning
Import the `navbar.scss` into the `Navbar` component, which adds the styling for the datepicker buttons.
Add missing CSS.
Import the CSS into the `FullScreenHeading` component.
Remove Parcelify Loader
Add links to GitHub issues. Add quotes to `dropdown-resolve-warning.yml`.
