* new module loads * GCC_GRAHAM arch file replaces X64_GRAHAM
StdEnv/2023 defaults to the GCC compiler collection, so we have to load the Intel compilers module explicitly. Also revert build commands to use X64_GRAHAM arch file instead of GCC_GRAHAM.

StdEnv/2023becomes the default environment ongrahamon 3-Apr-2024. The major change is that the GCC 12.3 compiler collection becomes the default, instead of Intel.Environment details: https://docs.alliancecan.ca/wiki/Standard_software_environments
