Raccoon release

I chose NixOS 22.11 (Raccoon) for the initial release, because its code name and deepin's mascot are both 🦝. Future releases might be based on the unstable branch.

NOTE: The Calamares installer in this release is identical to the official NixOS installer, which is not able to install DDE yet.
