  • update Vue3 to 3.3x (#448)
  • change tooling (#448):
    • tooling: replace vue-cli with Vite
    • unit -tests: replace chai & mocha with Vitest
  • replace vue-chart-3, which is no longer maintained, with vue-chartjs
  • update JS dependencies

Note: Minimal Node version is now 18.x
