Even if we handle seek events in GstChromiumMediaSrc (he bin of appsrc), it first requires some improvements in some GStreamer demuxers: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=754230

Also consider creating a new GstMediaSrc element based on GES library (http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-editing-services/tree/ges)
