Created a filter for the image.
Filteration of image consist of two parts
- Assigning Color
Given a list of colors we calculate the closest possible color for each pixel using mean square loss
- Masking
Given a mask image(black and white) we assign a different list of colors based upon intersection of base and mask image.
run.py and run_gif.py for running files
