Z80 Digital Clock

Description:

Built out of a Z80 microcomputer system of my own design, this clock can display Hours, Minutes, and Seconds and does so using an interupt from an Intel 82C53 Counter/Timer chip that is equally as vintage as the Z80.

To Do:

  • Clock Display
  • Clock Display PCB
  • Reset Circuit
  • Basic Functionality (ROM and CPU)
  • 8255 Peripheral Chip
  • 8253 Counter/Timer
  • Write Display Sub Routine
  • Clock Sub Routine
  • Buttons to Set time
  • Sub routine for button input
  • Z80 Clock PCB
