A place for shared short scripts in python and praat, and anything else that isn't project-specific
cmu.py - a python script that takes as input and Excel file containing English words and outputs the CMU transcription in a file called "transcription.xlsx"
- words can be in any cell. If the cell cannot translate, it will be transcribed as "-undefined-."
- command syntax is
python3 cmu.py FILENAME
