The code and example data file to accompany the manuscript 'Dog walking in UK lowland heathlands reduces available habitat for ground nesting birds: implications and applications for other protected areas.'

A tutorial 'Tutorial to analyse dog walk spatial data.html' is provided to be used with the example datafile 'Example file for dog walk analysis.csv'.

The tutorial is also available as the supplementary materials for the manuscript.

The code used to produce this tutorial is shared in the file 'Markdown file for supplementary materials.Rmd'

This code was written in 2023. Updates to this code may be provided here on request, to ensure compatability with newer versions of R and the required packages.
