Describe the bug
When running without API credentials setup the link to get your credentials now 404s

To Reproduce
Any attempt to download should reproduce, mainly just need to ensure the env vars are not set before hand.

Expected behavior
Currently links to: https://developer.spotify.com/my-applications
Should link to: https://developer.spotify.com/dashboard

Desktop

OS: kubuntu
Python version: 3.10.7
