- License tokens are no longer newly generated upon obtaining a song URL for playback

Tweaked the way Channels and Smart Tracklists are displayed;

• Channels now use their appropriate colors from their API (closer to the original desktop Deezer App)
• Smart Tracklists now display the first two tracks & the title (also closer to the original desktop Deezer App)

Also removed redundant code from DeezerImage
