How to run this application?

1. Download the zip PLTcode file from repository.
2. Extract the folder and type "cd foldername".
3. Do "rake db:migrate".
4. Do "rake db:seed".
5. Do "rails s" and open the link it asks you to in your web browser.
6. Now use the application as you like :)
