System Version 3.1.3: Localization Fixes Part 1

Hail, everyone!

This small but incredible hotfix brings fixes done by @mhilbrunner to the localization file AND files using localization strings.

A huge thanks to them for the contributions!

Expect at least another batch of fixes and changes for localization, coming probably later today.
