Hail, everyone!

This huge update took a while to be cooked, but it's finally here!

I think it's better to just read the patch notes and fiddle yourself, but as the title says, the two big headlines are: sheet banners and new tabs. Hurray!

In addition, many tweaks were made and bugs were fixed in this update. Hopefully this should make a smoother experience for everyone!

By this time, NPC and regular Item sheets were not touched yet, but it's planned.

Sheet Changes

Sheet Banners

Character, Ancestry, Profession and Path sheets now feature a fancy sheet banner designed by @yschnellbach!

  • The sheet banner does not only look better, but function better. A lot of small issues were addressed with it.
  • The banner "hangs" from the sheet, allowing more drastic sheet rescaling!
    • A minimum width and height were added for the affected sheets so they don't become TOO small and unusable.

Sheet Tabs

Old sheet tabs have been completely redesigned. All actor and sheet sheets should have the following applied to them:

  • They were moved to the right side of the sheet, "below" the sheet, similar to D&D 5e new sheet.
  • When hovered or active, they stretch to show the full content.
  • Tabs now have an icon with a tooltip when hovered.
  • The sheet menu (Character and NPC sheets) was also moved to the location of the tabs.

Other Sheet Changes

  • Character and NPC sheets now get a grayscale filter applied when the creature is Incapacitated or Dead.

Character Sheet

  • Bonus Damage can no longer be edited manually with input. Please use Active Effects instead!
  • Size, Speed and Bonus Damage now have a hover tooltip clarifying how to change it, similar to Health.
  • Blank Ancestry field now shows No Ancestry instead of - for clarification.
  • Minimum sheet size restriction was reduced. Go wild! (Just make sure it ends up readable on your end.)
  • Bonus Damage now shows a diamond (◆) when the Bonus Damage is 0d6 and not hovered.

Non-Sheet Changes

  • Characters and NPCs are now created with 10 current Health and not Incapacitated.
  • Tinted the window title bars for most Weird Wizard apps with purple.
  • Improved the drag and drop hints and warnings shown during the process of dropping regular items on Character Options.
    • To make sure everyone is aware, all warnings and hints mention you can click on the Help button to check documentation.
  • Changed the Combat Tracker's context menu to not show the Take the Initiative and Make a Regular Turn options while the create is in the middle of their turn.
  • Gave proper labels to sheet types used in the Sheet Configuration.

Bug Fixes

  • CRITICAL: Fixed base Natural Defense being wrongly calculated by Character Options. (by @yschnellbach)
    • For the recalculation to happen, please edit the Path granting a base Natural Defense.
  • CRITICAL: Fixed Active Effects' Duration of "X rounds" not showing an input to modify the value.
  • CRITICAL: Fixed Bonus Damage not being applied properly and returning a loss of function.
  • Fixed Active Effects with the None or Self target not generating buttons on its chat message.
  • Fixed the Combat Tracker requiring characters being assigned to players for the Sage to have the proper context menu options available to them.
  • Fixed End Turn label in the Combat Tracker's context menu not being translated properly.
  • Fixed chat messages generated by the Targeting HUD not displaying an icon, item type and original character on the chat message.
