#Requirements

1. jre 8
2. Apache Tomcat
3. PostgreSQL with

• database = postgres
• user = postgres
• pass = postgrespass

#Install and run

1. Download LocalPicDump.war file from https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5GBsOi_wVZbUTg1MkR6TXFVQnM to ${CATALINA_HOME}/webapps
2. Run ${CATALINA_HOME}/bin/startup
3. Now app is avalible here: localhost:8080/LocalPicDump/
