Project "Smog Detection"
An Experiment Dataset to classify between Smog/Fog images and Clear Highway Images
Sudden Appearance of Smog/Fog in Highways often cause accidents, we can automate the alert using traffic cams and using a trained model to detect Smog/Fog patterns. When Smog/Fog appears, the system notifies the drivers in that range.
In practical situations with the above, we need to add sensors to detect the range of vision and presence of birds/materials blocking the vision of camera. There are plenty of other possibilities and advancements in computer vision.
This one is meant for training a CNN model

Second Demo Dataset (Smog4000) Contains total 4000 images: 2000 images in each label ("clear","smog")
test_data = 800 (400 in each label) = 20% of 4000 (total)
valid_data = 640 (320 in each label) = 20% of 3200 (train_data)
train_data = 2560 + valid_data
