Please describe the issue you are experiencing:
I tried to install the game on bluestacks to bypass the case 5 error. But when downloading the patch on iris mobile, it freezes when downloading Main OBB Patch. I've tries re-installing the game and deleting its local file, but it still freezes. I also tried redownload the patch, but it aldo does not work. Can someone please help me with this isssue?

Describe "freeze". Does the screen go white or does it just stop reacting?

It just stopped downloading the main obb patch in about 1/3rd progress

haven't tried it yet in a while, i'll try later and tell the result. Currently playing DGS 2 :)

Have you tried a newer version of Bluestacks or a different Android emulator?
