Description
As described in #185, rename the library and NuGet to
Yarhl.Media.Text(followingSystem.Textnaming), so it allows to create new assemblies with different dependencies.The old NuGet will be unlisted and deprecated from the test feed. After the release it will be unlisted from nuget.org
This closes #185
