To have 3048 MB instead of 2048 MB you need to change on Device Properties:
On framebuffer-unifiedmem from 00000080 to 000080BE

With that Value you can have 3048 MB of VRAM to iGPU 😉
Tested on OC 6.8.0

Absolutely not, I use this setting on this same build and with another i7 8750H Laptop and both systems are running on iGPU and are super stable
