SSH from Terminal?

It would be nice if this program could automatically ssh into the remote server when we call up the terminal

To add to this: I can't directly tap/hook into "Open a Terminal" command from vscode, so there's no way for me to make it work out-of-the-box. After I implemented a "Open a Terminal" command fo the remote systems, I might see if I can create a proxy command that calls upon vscode's if it isn't targeted at a remote system.
