Seedship

I've begun building the Seedships and this repo will be updated as that work progresses. It will contain the followinsg files:

1. HAL Configs (Currently present)
2. Jupyter notebooks used for research involving Seedships
3. Build instructions
4. Operation instructions
5. Slide show to advertise the project
