The turtle parser included in owlapi version3 cannot parse curied identifiers of the form RRID:IMSR_JAX:000644. Owlapi version 4 and greater switched to use the Rio turtle parser which correctly handles these. The most expedient fix for this is probably #186.

SciGraph/SciGraph#280 causes correct ttl
files to fail to load due to the use of an ancient parser, until we
can get this sorted out I am excluding this load so that it does not
interfere with the ongoing apinatomy work
