Closes #37.

Note: For some reason, I had to change gems to plugins in _config.yml as my Jekyll installation didn't paginate pages at all.

The original idea is from https://talk.jekyllrb.com/t/strip-specific-html-tags/160/9. Page contents have to be parsed first as Markdown, then stripped of HTML, and then parsed as Markdown again to preserve the paragraph structure.
