Python 3 and 2 handle strings in a very different way. But with pandas we can handle it much simpler, so we are refactoring to it.

This is a large set of commits and fixes to migrate PYBOSSA to python >= 3.6. The current branch is not fully backward compatible, and we will work on it through the coming days. It would be cool if people can test the new version, while we improve it, so we can find new bugs and fix them before releasing it.
