Right now when you send an API POST request to helpingmaterial with a file and some JSON data, it fails. This PR should fix it.

Coverage increased (+0.0004%) to 97.949% when pulling e6c4707 on fix-helpingmaterial-api-files into 2dd429f on master.


          Add test to check new JSON.
