This is desirable to enhance Scoop platform decentralization.

Additional nodes would run on the same chain ID and be synchronized block producing nodes.

Scoop Client would by default connect to a load-balancer across all registered chain BP nodes, but would have an additional user-configurable option to connect to a specific BP node if desired.

At this point, SCPX Data Storage would be entirely decentralized.
