Can't install gcc

I have the same issue as you. When I checked the website that was mentioned there I got a 404. Maybe the website needs to be updated.

expat has been updated to http://repo.msys2.org/mingw/x86_64/mingw-w64-x86_64-expat-2.2.10-1-any.pkg.tar.zst
It's a pity. gcc was the second package I tried to install.
Anyway, scoop has great scope 👍❤
