Lack of release tag

This will allow to download version 1.0 from https://github.com/ScottyB/ac-js2/releases URL.

Can I please resurrect this? I like to use melpa stable which only includes tagged packages.

Release tags would be nice, so we can use melpa stable like @iainbeeston mentioned.
