Why this would be helpful

(My English is not good so I used Google Translate)
Improve readability and usability. Especially for large comments. (e.g., description of a sprite)
Clickable URLs, check boxes, Ordered/Unordered Lists, etc.

How this addon works

Display comments starting with a specific preamble, such as [markdown], as markdown format.
Click on the background of a comment to edit it as usual.
Add an icon to the top bar of the comment to indicate that the comment is displayed as markdown.

[markdown]など特定の言葉で始まるコメントを、markdown形式で表示する。
コメントの背景部分をクリックすると、通常と同じようにテキストを編集できる。
コメントのトップバー部分にmarkdown形式で表示していることを示すアイコンを表示する。

This will almost certainly be rejected because unfortunately, people who don't use Scratch Addons won't see the correct formatting and will instead see the mysterious markdown syntax. Scratch Addons features can't break project compatibility with vanilla (non-modified) Scratch, which this would do.

I don't think this feature will break project compatibility.
Unlike posting comments for chat, I write comments using markdown syntax even without this feature, and the readability is decent.
