Performs deep question analysis in order to answer Jeopardy! questions accurately.
Probably the most important factor in Watsonsim's development is it's accuracy, which we measure using the [mean reciprocal rank](http://wikipedia.org/wiki/Mean Reciprocal Rank) of the correct answer. It is not the same as accuracy, but has the same range: 0 to 1, where larger is better.
It can be uploaded, but since it is so easy to generate your own, there is no need to post it to the github.
Following JavaDoc Standards: You can generate "template" annotations by using Control + Alt + J on a particular class.
