The click event on Agm-circle or the Agm-rectangle is not working.
Please find the stackblitz code for reference.

But the click event on AgmMarker is working perfectly

fix: eager promise creation to avoid NPE (#1856)
626a01c 
manager classes ran getNativeMap to call wrapper class which itself
waited for map to be ready. Change to create an unresolved promise
immediately
