Minor tweak to allow color bulbs that are grouped with a light strip to use the same effects as the strip.
Setting effects on the bulbs doesn't work using local control, so in instances where bulbs are grouped with strips, the command to the bulb will be sent over the cloud only when changing effects.
In order to use this, create a HA light group with the same bulbs and light strip that the user currently has grouped in the Wyze app, and the effects will then apply to every member of that group.
