feat(ui): Select multiple targets for scheduled scan

Is there a way we can select multiple targets to have them scanned on schedule instead of manualy select each target and adding a schedule. Basicaly you can select up to 1000 targets to scan but cannot select 1000 targets to have scanned on schedule
