Replace yourcompany with the company name you have put on Freshdesk, you can get this from the freshdesk url on your browser. Replace your_api_key with the key that you can get from your Freshdesk Profile Settings, and your_freshdesk_password with the password of your freshdesk account.
Make sure you have Installed the following libraries
