We've implemented this for explainers under #685

The approach is to specify a ServiceAccountName which should link to secrets. So the same as KFServing (https://github.com/kubeflow/kfserving/tree/9b14e08038405348ac21f1acbbf8b26e4c26631d/docs/samples/s3) and the same format. In order to align even the same annotations are are supported, though machinelearning.seldon.io ones can be used instead (there is a check for both). That's for s3 but GCS should also work, though I don't have an example currently.

This issue is to extend to prepackaged model servers
