This PR contains the code to fix the jupyter notebook headers. It also contains changes that ensure the Sklearn uses the seldon-core-operator and ambassador helm charts (as opposed to the old seldon-core-crd and seldon-core charts).
The documentation has been built locally and the headers have rendered correctly. To confirm, the readme files that would be generated with the documentation can be found in the respective folders:
