Issue is very similar to this closed issue #1439 and I was able to recreate it by using the same steps provided there.
Typically we run into this issue after leaving the hub idle for a few days. The same behavior occurs. The hub UI is visible but does not show any available sessions. Only a loading bar or an error message as shown in the images below.
Also another major problem with this is the the /status endpoint shows as ready and has all of the nodes showing as available. So the hub can not be easily restarted automatically if it is in this state.

The hub is still able to register new nodes but they also do not show on the /ui page.
