Description

Use the workaround recommended in https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8258397

Motivation and Context

It might happen a incomplete response is received and the execution will wait for the complete body without any timeout. I have seen this in the real world probably due to networking issues, this was freezing the complete test.
