This is not a functional issue or bug. However I was confused when encountering the notion of a "tabular" menu, because tabular means "of or presented in tables".

Perhaps "tabbed" might be a better alternative.

Yeah, this is just incorrect language. Unfortunately I cant change without breaking changes. Perhaps 3.0

Thanks Jack. Really enjoying my experience so far with Semantic UI!

Just a quick thought - perhaps 'tabbed' could be added as a synonym of 'tabular' in css definitions (thus leaving 'tabular' unchanged and intact), allowing docs to switch to 'tabbed' without breaking anything.

There's currently 110 matches for tabular across codebase. Unfortunately it'll have to wait to avoid the duplication overhead.

There has been no activity in this thread for 90 days. While we care about every issue and we’d love to see this fixed, the core team’s time is limited so we have to focus our attention on the issues that are most pressing. Therefore, we will likely not be able to get to this one.

However, PRs for this issue will of course be accepted and welcome!

If there is no more activity in the next 90 days, this issue will be closed automatically for housekeeping. To prevent this, simply leave a reply here. Thanks!

This could be closed as it has been stale for 6 months already. It's still not fixed though.
