@kghbln If you find some nitpicks, just go ahead pull the branch and add whatever you find is necessary.

@rotsee I have changed the license from BSD to GNU GPL v2+ because 98% of the code has been rewritten. The original BSD license and GNU GPL v2+ are incompatible and since SMW is also published under GNU GPL v2+, it seems more natural to have common denominator. I also like to avoid any possible "patent treachery" which is more likely with the original BSD license (not that this would really happen but it is matter of principle).
