This is actually a Lingo bug, but it manifests only in SG.
Lingo uses the global $wgScriptPath to load the link icon (see Element.php#L265).
This works when SG is installed using composer, as then Lingo will end up in the normal extensions directory. But when SG is installed using the tarball, Lingo is installed in a subdirectory of SG and the path to the link icon needs to be amended.
