This PR is made in reference to: #2044, #2056

This PR addresses or contains:

  • Data are fetched via smwinfo/jobcount (as ajax) to avoid blocking the view request while relying on JobQueueGroup::getQueueSizes to produce appropriate numbers

This PR includes:

  • Tests (unit/integration)
  • CI build passed
