  1. Add LinksProcessor and SemanticLinksParser 

    `InTextAnnotationParser` does a lot of things and to ease maintenance,
processing of links have been moved to its own class `LinksProcessor`.

`SemanticLinksParser` allows to return all semantic links from a text.
