Make 2.5.2 release #271

Tracking issue for the 2.5.2 release.

  • Finalize RELEASE NOTES also by clearing the "releasenotes" label
  • Update README.md
  • Update INSTALL.md
  • Update "composer.json" (remove SMW 3.0 dev)
  • Update version number SemanticResultFormats.php (version 2.5.2)
  • Create tag
  • Announce via mail
  • Do a release tweet on Twitter
  • Provide RELEASE NOTES to master
  • Run composer update on smw.o

please wait a little, there will be more enhancements for the filtered format by @s7eph4n
or release it as 2.5.2 and plan a 2.5.3 release

I synced the approximate release date with the one of SMW 2.5.4 so no worries. We are pretty flexible here so a week earlier or later should not be a big issue.

@s7eph4n Any objections in doing the release next week to move in the fix. Doing another release to get more of the new features out is no issue.

I'd say go ahead. I'm debugging some really strange behavior on the filtered format right now, but as you say we can release a new version anytime.
